The little basics of the Seehotel Urban

Do the questions pile up in your head before a holiday? There is so much to plan, organise and think about. The following information will make your head feel a little lighter.

Dogs

Your four-legged friend will have lots of fun on the numerous walks in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our restaurant and the hotel lawn is a dog-free zone. However, dogs are welcome on the terrace. The extra charge for your furry friend is € 20 per night (no food).

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, up to 3 weeks before arrival a cancellation fee in the amount of the room rate is due. In case of later cancellation, the entire price of the stay will be charged. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Check-out until 2 p.m. instead of 11:30 a.m. € 40 per room
